Mira-nila, QC- RFC formands gathered for the Annual Operational Project and Plans of Recoletos Formation Center (RFC) and Recoletos School of Theology (RST) for the school year 2021-2022 last June 17, 2021.
The meeting started at 8:00am by the opening prayer led by Rev. Virgilio Calalang Jr., OAR and Fray Jose Enrico V. Gallego, OAR, Community Beadle, presided the event.
The Annual Operational Project and Plans served as the period where the formands evaluate the programs and gap analysis of the activities of RFC-RST from the previous formation year and plan for the following formation year in light of the vision of RST Five-year Developmental Goals and Objectives (2021-2025).
The meeting focused on the following RST and RFC offices. For RST, the offices are the HR and Planning and Development, Dean of Studies and Student Welfare, Registrar (Alumni), Research and Publication, Library, Information Technology, Social Services, and Finance and Property. While RFC covers the offices of the Rector, Prefect, Recollect Spirituality and Pious’ Associations’ Charismatic Identity, Finance and Property, and Apostolate.
Each office was represented and presented by each formand.
Many suggestions and proposals were addressed during the meeting but the final decision is still subject for approval by the RFC Chapter and RST School Board.
The meeting concluded at almost 12:00nn with a closing prayer led by the Community Beadle.
